$2,275.00 Plus Electric
Deposit: $ 250.00
Storage: $ 150.00
Balance due on May 5, 2012. You may pay 1/2 on May 5, 2012 and the balance on June 1st, 2012. Any balances that remain unpaid after June 1st, 2012, will be billed at the monthly rate of $725.00 per month.
Due to Power surges over the past winter, some residents experienced electrical issues in the spring. You must unplug your electric when you leave. Hidden Valley will not be responsible for any power surge/weather related damage to your RV.

| Family Camp Fire Time to all get together and have some fun. Lets meet at the Red Barn and sit by the fire with the kids. We can roast some marshmellows and do some socializing. PS. Probably best to bring your own chairs. lol The picnic tables are not that comfortable. |

| Pot and Pan Wagon Ride Here we go again. Get those old Pot and Pans out Mom and Dad, bring the kids to the Red Barn for a noisy ride around the park. Lets have some fun as we travel the roads of Hidden Valley. Lets see if we can make some noise.....wooo hooooo!!!!!! Oh Dont for get the spoons so we can bang them and make those wonderful sounds!!!!
